Acerca de Babel ExperienceEs un proyecto que entiende la música como lenguaje universal de los Pueblos, sin olvidar los signos de identidad que ésta representa. Es pues, una experiencia Intercultural Sonora, un “crisol” que busca momentos de relación entre el Blues, Reggae, Sicodélica, Fussión… La Banda nace en Sevilla a finales de 2005. Por aquel entonces aparece con el nombre de “Cuder & Ray “ y en una formación de Trío, Guitarra y Voz, Bajo Eléctrico y Congas y Percusión. Será de estos primeros tiempos cuando el grupo adquiere la semblanza como tal, experimentando con sonidos frescos en versiones musicales, sustituyendo la interpretación rítmica tradicional (“Batería”) por una percusión de “Congas.” En aquella primera etapa se graba la primera Maqueta promocional y se realizan las primeras Actuaciones de la banda. LA NUEVA ETAPA COMO “BABEL EXPERIENCE”. Esta nueva etapa centra el trabajo de la Banda hacia la producción de temas propios pasando por una metodología creativa que define un paisaje sonoro multicultural, con mezclas de estilos o de Fusión. COMPONENTES. Julio Cuder. Guitarra, Voz y Composición. Realizó estudios musicales en el Real conservatorio de música de Madrid, Comenzando su andadura como guitarrista de rock con grupos madrileños, para posteriormente proseguir su carrera musical en Sevilla su ciudad natal, participando en la llamada (movida Sevillana) colaborando en proyectos con músicos de Smash, Nuevos tiempos, Trance, etc. Siendo un músico de gran experiencia, que ha tocado todos los palos incluyendo el jazz y que ha sabido adaptar tanto su voz como su guitarra, a los requerimientos de la estética actual, evolucionando hacia una nueva concepción de hacer música. Joaquín Cuder. Bajo Eléctrico. Nacido en Sevilla, Se ha formado como músico realizando incursiones muy fructíferas adentrándose en el mundo de la música electrónica, de fusión, Blues, etc., aportando a los grupos por los que ha pasado, ideas renovadoras y revolucionarias en la forma de hacer música. Bubi Burgos. Batería. Músico sevillano que ha bebido en las fuentes del Reggae, jazz y música tropical, tocando con grupos como: Bambolé, la Regaera, y un largo etcétera, que le han aportado una formación integral, curtiéndolo como un excelente batería capaz de hacer vibrar al auditorio con un punto de inflexión entre lo estático y la tensión contenida. Raymon Raush. Congas y Percusión. Nacido en Alemania, adquiere experiencia como percusionista en Cuba, Tailandia y la isla de Bali. Ha sido integrante entre otros grupos de: Salsamanía, Tropical Transit y Cuder y Ray. Consigue introducir en el blues, jazz y fusión, ese toque latino y de frescura que significa una novedosa aportación.

BABEL EXPERIENCE.

Ist ein Projekt , dass Musik als universale Sprache der Menschen sieht, ohne seine eigene Identitaet , die es representiert , zu vergessen. Es ist auch ein internationaler SOUND , ein Schmelztiegel der danach strebt innerhalb des Blues , Reggae , psychodelischer Klaenge und Weltmusik zu fusionieren.
Die band wurde in Sevilla , Spanien Ende 2005 ins Leben gerufen. Sie begann als Trio unter dem Namen "Cuder & Ray " bestehend aus Gitarre und Gesang, E-Bass,Congas und Perkussion. Seinerzeit, am Anfang experementierte die Gruppe mit frischen Grooves und ersetzte das Schlagzeug mit Congas und Perkussion.

Am Anfang nahm man eine Werbe CD auf und mit ihr kamen die ersten Auftritte.
Dann , waehrend Auftritten im Jahr 2006 , wurde mit der Ankunft der Saengerin Neigh Arake ,der Band eine neue Komponente hinzugefuegt , die ihre Liebe zu jamaikanischen Rytmen mitbrachte und so wurden Versionen von Bob Marley und Nina Simona gespielt, die Neigh mit grossem Einsatz meisterte. Im Ganzen nahm sie bei 6 Konzerten im kulturellen Kreis Sevillas teil : In " La Bateria " ,in Puebla del Rio ,im " El Tenderete " , " El Perro Andaluz " beide Szenetreffs ,gelegen im Zentrum Sevillas , bei den " Kulturellen Montagen " der Organisation ONCE Andalusiens und einem Auftritt auf einem Kreutzfahrtsschiff fuer ARSESE auf dem Fluss Guadalquivir wie auch fuer die "Noche de San Juan" auf dem Stadtteilfest Makarena.Das waren die letzten Konzerte bevor diese junge Saengerin aus Sevilla wegzog .Bei dem letzten Auftritt kam mit Bubi Burgos am Schlagzeug , ein neues Mitglied dazu , der mit lateinamerikanischen Rytmen die Rytmussection staerkte und half , klassische Themen mit mehr Spielfreude zu verwirklichen . Versionen der Musik von Jimi Hendrix und Ray Charles , zu finden auf einer Promo CD , aufgenommmen Anfang 2007 ,bezeugen das.Diese letzte Etappe von "Cuder & Ray ", gepraegt von dieser kreativen Evolution findet man auf dieser CD. Im Jahr 2007 fanden dann die letzten Konzerte unter dem Bandnamen " Cuder & Ray " statt.Es handelte sich um Auftritte fuer das Kulturprogramm der DIPUTACION DE SEVILLA mit 10 Konzerten in Kleinstaedten innerhalb der Provinz Sevilla : In Los Molares , Villaverde del Rio , Umbrette , Osuna , Castilleja de la Cuesta , Espartinas , Cazalla de la Sierra , Lora de Estapa , Fuentes de Andalucia und in Arahal. Und einem Auftritt in Nueva Jarilla fuer die DIPUTACION DE CADIZ .Diese "Tour" bestaetigte, dass die Musik der Band direkt mit dem Publikum verbindet , sowohl mit der jungen- als auch mit der aelteren Generation , da es sich bei der letzteren um die Musik ihrer Jugend handelt.Das Programm dieser Konzerte kam an . Es handelte sich um ungekuerzte Versionen von Bob Marley , Ray Charles , Cream und Jimi Hendrix….., der Schluessel der Verbindung zwischen Band und Publikum.

EIN NEUER ABSCHNITT ALS " BABEL EXPERIENCE "
Diese neue Etappe wird durch die Arbeit der Band mit seine eigenen, kreativen Songs , gepraegt , Songs einer musikalischen Reise , durch die Vermisching verschiedener Style und der Fusion.

Nach dem Studium am REAL Konservatorium in Madrid began er als Rockgitarrist verschiedener Gruppen in Madrid. , um spaeter seine musikalische Karriere in Sevilla ,seiner Geburtsstadt, in der Musikbewegung fortzufuehren ,in dem er mit Musikern verschiedener Projekte, Smash , Nuevos Tiempos , Trance etc , zusammenarbeitete .Er ist ein Musiker mit grosser Erfahrung mit vielen Musikstilen , inclusive dem Jazz und versteht es sich sowohl mit seiner Gitarre wie auch mit seiner Stimme zu verwirklichen , immer auf der Suche nach neuen musikalischen Ideen.

Gebuertiger Sevillaner der sich durch Elektronika , der Fusion , dem Blues etc. weiterentwickelt. In den Gruppen, in denen er mitwirkte , zeichnete er sich aus durch neue Ideen und dem Drang Musik weiterzuentwickeln .

Musiker aus Sevilla beinflusst durch den Reggae , Jazz und Musica Tropical…..arbeirtet mit Gruppen wie :Bambole , La Reggaera und vielen mehr….zeichnet sich indurch Technik aus und dem Koennen einen Saal zwischen Tension und Extatik vibrieren zu lassen.

Raymond Rausch , Congas und Perkussion ;
Geboren in Deutschland , arbeitete und sammelte Erfahrung als Perkussionist in Kuba,Thailand und auf der Insel Bali .Er war , unter anderem , Mitglied in Gruppen wie : Salsamania , Tropical Transit und Cuder y Ray .
Fuegt dem Blues ,,dem Jazz und der Fusion einen lateinamerikanischem Touch hinzu , mit einer Frische ,die diese neu erscheinen laesst.

BABEL EXPERIENCE

Is a Project which understands music as a universal language of people, without forgetting and representing its own identity.Its as well like a internacional SOUND , a meltingpot in search to fuse and relate within Blues , Reggae , Psycodelic and Worldmusic.
The band was born in Sevilla, Spain at the end of 2005. It started as a trio under the name of "Cuder & Ray" consisting of guitar , vocals, e-bass , congas and percussion. Back then in its early days the band was experimenting with fresh grooves, replacing in its songs the traditional drumkit with congas and percussion.

At this first chapter a promotional CD was recorded and with it came its first performances.
Then, while performing back in the year 2006 ,with the arrival of female singer Neigh Arake ,a new component was added to the band, which brought along a taste of Jamaican music ,doing versions of Bob Marley , Nina Simona with great mastery ,while Neigh and the band performed a total of 6 concerts within the circle of cultural Sevilla. " La Bateria" in Puebla del Rio, "El Tenderete", " El Perro Andaluz " , both located in the center of Sevilla , "Cultural Mondays" of the ONCE foundation of Andalucia and a performance on a cruiseship for ARSESE on the river Guadalqivir as well as at "Noche de San Juan" for the Macarena District were the last concerts with this young singer who then moved away. At this last performance, with Bubi Burgos on drums , a new member was added , which inforced the rhythm section with a latin feel and more power to attack and execute clasical versions of Jimi Hendrix and Ray Charles as could be heard on yet another promotional CD, recorded at the beginning of the year 2007. The last under the name " Cuder & Ray " were 11 concerts for the cultural program of the " Diputacin of Sevilla " at 10 cities in the province of Sevilla : in Los Molares , Villaverde del Rio , Umbrete , Osuna , Castilleja de la Cuesta , Espartinas , Cazalla de la Sierra , Lora de Estepa ,Fuentes de Andalucia and in Arahal ; as well as one performance in Nueva Jarilla for the Diputacion de Cadiz.

This tour around the provice of Sevilla confirmed ,that the bands music has a close connection with the visiting public ,as well with the young and older generation , to name the second having a link to this music of their youth
The playlist of these concerts included versions of Bob Marley , Ray Charles , Cream and Jimi Hendrix, which were the key of being well received by its audience .

A new chapter as " BABEL EXPERIENCE ".

Born in Germany , he collected his skills and experience as percussionist in Cuba,Thailand and the Island of Bali. He has worked with bands such as: Salsamania , Tropical Transit and Cuder and Ray.
